How to Download iBoot?


iBoot Download is an application that Tonymacx86 has created. The most suitable way of installing MAC OSX on any type of computer or laptop that is intel based is by using iBoot Download. Even the most recent models of computers that have Core i3, Core i5, Core i7 processors, iBoot can be used to install MAC OSX. IBoot supports even old processors like Core2Duo, Pentium 4, and CoreDuo. However, it should be noted that AMD processors do not support either MultiBeast Windows, iBoot Download or the MAC OSX dual boot method.

 



iBoot Versions

There are several versions of iBoot,

  • iBoot 3.3.0

  • iBoot Legacy 2.7.2

  • iBoot Ivy Bridge 1.1.0

  • iBoot Haswell 1.0.1

BIO Settings as the initial chapter

  1. Head to “Default BIO settings”

  2. Setup CD ROM and switch Priority list

  3. Disable “eXtreme Hard drive XHD option”

  4. Switch “ACPI suspend form” to S3 (STR)

Then installing MAC OS X

Download iBoot now and burn it to the install CD.

Note: Desktop machines and laptops that are included unverified Intel CPUs and graphics download, use the legacy version of iBoot as default iBoot version is not answering for them

  1. Head to iBoot download
  2. Burn to the CD/DVD
  3. Keep iBoot CD/DVD in your ROM and take up the PC
  4. When the prompt appears to eject iBoot to get the CD out
  5. Now put “Mac OS X Snow Leopard” CD/DVD into the ROM and press “F5” to carry on
  6. Now click “Enter” 
  7. Open “Utilities/Disk Utility”
  8. Now partition the Hard Drive to “GUID Partition Table”
  9. Arrange the Hard Drive to “Mac OS Extended” (Please Note: Bootloader only boot from a Disk or Partition of 1TB or lower)
  10. Close the Disk Utility and select Snow Leopard when it asked where to install
  11. Now click Customize and then uncheck added options
  12. Restart PC again
  13. Put iBoot back in the Drive
  14. When the boot unit appears in the screen, pick the new Snow Leopard installation and follow the screen instructions for further setup

Compatible other Intel-based PC to iBoot Download

Indeed, iBoot is one of the best applications for any Intel-based computer or laptop system to run Mac OS X.. Just as standard, you can use the MAC OS X even on the latest processors.
